Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aurora, an AI personal assistant for work, health and money. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

Aurora lets you organise projects and tasks, track nutrition, workouts and weight, and record money movements, with an AI assistant that turns plain language into structured records. Features may evolve; we’ll announce meaningful changes in the changelog.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• One account is for one person. Don’t share access or resell the service.

Plans & billing

• The Free plan includes 25 AI actions per day and unlimited manual tracking.
• Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or annual) processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded.
• “Unlimited” AI use on Pro is subject to fair use — we may throttle patterns that indicate automation or abuse rather than personal use.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

AI output, health and money disclaimers

• Assistant responses, calorie and macro estimates, scores and forecasts are AI-generated estimates. They can be wrong. Check anything that matters.
• Aurora is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing diet, exercise or health routines, especially if you have a medical condition.
• Aurora is not a financial adviser, bank or bookkeeping service. Money features are personal record-keeping tools; verify figures before making financial decisions.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, no attempting to breach security or access other users’ data, no reverse engineering, and no automated scraping or bulk API abuse.
• Don’t use the assistant to generate content that is illegal or harms others.

Your content

Everything you store in Aurora remains yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it to run the service (including sending relevant content to our AI provider to generate responses). You can export your data as CSV and delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Availability & liability

Aurora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can stop using Aurora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination your data is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to its courts.
